Welcome to Helppa. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for using our website (helppa.co.uk) and the Helppa lead-generation platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Helppa is a platform that connects customers who need home services with independent self-employed service providers (“Helppas”). Helppa does not provide services directly and does not manage, guarantee, or oversee the delivery of services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Helppa.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting service requests.
Helppa provides access to service requests, but we do not control availability or outcomes.
Service providers purchase credits to unlock leads.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Helppa does not charge customers directly for services, nor do we pay providers for completed work beyond lead purchase.
Refunds for credits, if applicable, will be handled in line with our published credit policy.
Helppa is not responsible for services provided by Helppas and does not manage cancellations, rescheduling, or service quality.
All Helppas are independent, self-employed professionals.
Helppa vets providers during onboarding, but does not employ or supervise them.
Providers are responsible for the quality and legality of the services they offer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helppa is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the services provided by Helppas.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
Customers may leave reviews for Helppas they interact with.
Helppa may remove reviews that are offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe.
Helppa may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
Helppa may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at helppa.co.uk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
