  • Identification documents and optional DBS certificate

  • Bank account details for lead payments (via Stripe)

  • Match customer requests with providers

  • Process payments securely via Stripe

  • Verify providers and maintain platform integrity

  • Communicate platform updates and support information

  • Meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
