Helppa is built on trust. We provide a managed home help service, and this Code of Conduct ensures a safe, reliable and respectful experience for both customers and Helppas.

For Helppas

When working through Helppa, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time and complete all accepted bookings reliably
  • Deliver services to a professional standard
  • Be respectful, honest and courteous with customers at all times
  • Keep all customer information private and confidential
  • Only accept bookings through Helppa and not arrange private work outside the platform
  • Comply with all relevant laws, including right-to-work requirements
  • Represent Helppa professionally at all times

For Customers

When using Helppa, you agree to:

  • Treat Helppas with respect and courtesy
  • Provide a safe and suitable environment for the work being carried out
  • Provide accurate and complete booking information
  • Make all payments through the Helppa platform only
  • Not request or encourage Helppas to work outside of Helppa

Mutual Expectations

  • Discrimination, harassment or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated
  • Communication should remain respectful and appropriate at all times
  • Cancellations should be made as early as possible
  • Any issues should be reported directly to Helppa so they can be resolved

Breaches of This Code

Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or removal from Helppa.

We reserve the right to take action where behaviour, reliability or safety standards are not met.
