When accepting work through Helppa, you agree to:
Be reliable, punctual, and prepared for every booking.
Carry out services to a professional standard.
Be respectful, courteous, and honest with customers at all times.
Keep customer information private and confidential.
Only accept work through the Helppa platform and not arrange private bookings outside of it.
Comply with all laws, regulations, and right-to-work requirements.
Represent Helppa in a positive and professional manner.
When booking through Helppa, you agree to:
Treat contractors with respect and courtesy.
Provide a safe working environment.
Give accurate information when making bookings.
Make payments through the Helppa platform only.
Not request or encourage contractors to work outside the platform.
Helppa does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or abusive behaviour.
Communication should remain professional at all times.
Cancellations should be made within the stated notice period wherever possible.
Both customers and contractors should raise concerns with Helppa immediately if issues arise.
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or removal from the platform. Helppa reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of misconduct, unreliability, or unsafe behaviour.
