This Refunds & Credits Policy explains how credits, refunds, and promotional offers work on the Helppa platform. By purchasing or using credits, you agree to this policy.

1. Credits Overview

Helppa operates a credit-based system.
Service providers purchase credits in advance, which are used to unlock access to customer service requests (leads).
Credits represent access to information, not guaranteed work.

2. No Refunds on Spent Credits

Credits that have been spent to unlock leads are non-refundable.
Once a lead is unlocked, the credit is considered used, regardless of:

  • Whether the provider secures the job

  • Whether the customer responds

  • The outcome of any discussion or agreement

3. Invalid or Unusable Leads

If a lead is clearly invalid or unusable, Helppa may refund the cost of that lead as credits, not cash.
Credit refunds:

  • Are issued back to the provider’s account

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Are subject to review and approval by Helppa
    Helppa reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a lead qualifies for a credit refund.

4. Promotional & Free Credits

From time to time, Helppa may offer promotional or free credits, including sign-up bonuses.

  • Promotional credits are not refundable

  • Promotional credits have no cash value

  • Availability and amount depend on the offer running at the time

  • Helppa may change or withdraw promotions at any time

  • Unused promotional credits may expire, where stated in the offer terms

5. Unused Purchased Credits

Unused purchased credits:

  • Remain available on your account

  • Are non-transferable

  • May be refunded only where required by law or at Helppa’s discretion
    Helppa is not obligated to refund unused credits outside of legal requirements.

6. Abuse & Misuse

Helppa reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refunds

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
    Where there is suspected abuse of the refunds system, misuse of credits, or breach of platform rules.

7. Changes to This Policy

Helppa may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
