The Performance Guarantee applies only where:
A Starter Credit Pack or larger has been purchased
Credits have been fully used
The request is made within 90 days of the credit pack purchase date
The guarantee does not apply to Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) credit purchases.
If you purchase an eligible credit pack and do not win a single job from the leads claimed using those credits, Helppa will re-credit your account with the equivalent number of credits used.
No cash refunds are issued.
This applies to all lead types and job types supplied via the Helppa platform.
To qualify, you must demonstrate that you made genuine and timely efforts to secure the work.
You must:
Attempt first contact within 24 hours of claiming the lead
Make a minimum of three contact attempts in total
Contact attempts may include phone calls, text messages, email, or WhatsApp.
You must email support@helppa.co.uk with proof of contact attempts (e.g. call logs, message screenshots).
These requirements exist because responding quickly and following up consistently significantly increases the likelihood of winning the job. Cleaners who contact promptly and follow up multiple times convert at a materially higher rate.
Helppa reserves the right to review submitted evidence before issuing any credit reallocation.
If approved, credits will be re-added to your Helppa account. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
